You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ajo898 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ajo898 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization.
Identity Verification (KYC): ajo898 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), a selfie photograph, and proof of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet registered to your ajo898 account. KYC completion is mandatory for all withdrawal requests. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by ajo898 may result in account suspension or cancellation of pending withdrawal requests.
One Account Rule: Holding multiple accounts — including accounts under different names, email addresses, or phone numbers — is a violation of these Terms. If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are detected, all accounts will be suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and all bonus balances forfeited. ajo898 uses automated and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts.
All transactions on the ajo898 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ajo898 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals processed through supported payment channels; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ajo898 accepts no responsibility.

Minimum Deposit: Rp 50.000. Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 50.000. Maximum single transaction limits are published within the ajo898 account dashboard and may vary by payment method and account verification level.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the ajo898 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. ajo898 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems potentially irregular.
Standard bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes during normal operating hours. E-wallet withdrawals typically complete within 30 seconds. During periods of high volume, extreme system load, or scheduled maintenance, processing times may be extended. ajo898 will not be liable for delays caused by banking partners or e-wallet providers.
Fraud Prevention: ajo898 actively monitors all deposit and withdrawal activity for indicators of fraud, money laundering, and bonus abuse. Any account associated with suspicious transaction patterns may be placed on hold pending review. Players found to have engaged in fraudulent deposit activity, including the use of stolen payment credentials, will be permanently banned and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
